Lulu close upJulie Sharbutt LULU JULIE SHARBUTT is an actor, writer, producer, and native New Yorker, with a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MFA from NYU. She’s studied and performed improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) since 2003, and has performed regularly at The Peoples Improv Theater (PIT) since 2011. In 2012 she wrote, produced and directed her first feature film Moved, which is now in festival submission. Her second screenplay Smart Girls was optioned by Beech Hill Films and is currently in development. As an actress, she can be seen as a recurring character on CBS’s “The Good Wife”. She understudied Anne Hathaway in Shakespeare in the Park’s Twelfth Night, and has performed at The Public Theater, New York Theater Workshop, Naked Angels, Red Bull Theater, Young Playwrights, The Williamstown Theatre Festival, Portland Stage, and others.
